About the community council

News from the Community Council
At the 9 July meeting the following were discussed, among other matters:

• An architect has been selected to work with the village on the development of the Pettiward Hall
• The piano will be disposed of because it has dry rot
• Letters of positive comments about the car park/playground have been received
• A churchyard management plan is being drawn up to cater for the needs of conservation and families who tend graves.

The next meeting is on 21 September 2009 at 7.30pm, Pettiward Hall. All villagers are welcome. Sue Green
